Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Legs Waxing.

Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual factors. With regular appointments, regrowth becomes finer and sparser, often extending time between sessions.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first visits, but trained technicians use efficient techniques and soothing products to reduce pain. Communicate concerns and we’ll adjust pressure, breaks, or aftercare to improve comfort for future appointments.

Avoid sun exposure and self-tanning, and exfoliate gently two days before your appointment. Hair should be at least quarter-inch long. Arrive clean and free of heavy lotions to ensure the wax adheres properly and results are optimal.

Keep skin clean and avoid heat sources, hot baths, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours. Use gentle moisturizers and exfoliate after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth, healthy skin.

Shaving removes hair at the surface and defeats waxing benefits. If necessary, avoid shaving; use trimming instead. Frequent waxing over time reduces need for shaving, but shaving between sessions can lead to faster stubble and uneven regrowth.

Certain medications (retinoids, blood thinners), recent chemical peels, sunburns, or skin infections can make waxing unsafe. Disclose medical history and current treatments during booking so we can advise, postpone, or suggest alternative hair removal methods.
